Great bank, the tellers are really friendly and easy to work with. I feel safe that newer tellers ask to verify my identity until they recognize me. It has a nice hometown feel to it, but there are a lot of services provided. They have a nice app that is easy to use. My only complaint - and it's corporate's fault, not the local branch's fault - is that they've been telling customers for years that they're "looking into" Android Pay and Apple Pay. So many small banks are participating now, but not Great Southern.
